What is collected
- Page path. The page that loaded on this site.
- Referrer. The page or source that sent you here, when your browser shares it.
- Coarse location. A general country or region supplied by the network, not a precise location.
- Device type. A broad label such as phone, tablet, or computer.
- Site interactions. Guide navigation, outbound and affiliate link clicks, and engagement events help us understand which pages are useful.
- Session and campaign information. Our first-party beacon uses browser session storage to group visits and records campaign tags when present.
Google Analytics

We do not sell data
Machine & Thread does not sell personal data or pageview data.
Affiliate links
Some pages use affiliate links that go to Amazon. Product images may load from Amazon’s image servers while you view our pages, which sends your IP address and browser request information to those servers. Amazon’s own privacy terms also apply when you follow a product link.
